Service Process:
- Complete online payment to reserve full bathroom inspection slot, submit full house address and suitable visiting hours
- Our team issues formal appointment email with confirmed visiting date and time
- Staff fully measures pipes, drains and wall bearing data for two sanitary fittings
- Integrated layout drawing and all measurement documents will be delivered electronically
Important Statement: This payment is booking charge covering only dual-fixture measuring and combined layout drawing. Extra costs for toilet, basin, tap accessories and fitting labour will be negotiated offline after layout approval. This booking fee will be deducted from your final total balance payment.
Disclaimer: This full inspection service only uses manual measuring tools. No chemical or skin irritant materials will be brought to customer’s house during the visit.
