Overview of Manual Order Review

All online service bookings submitted through our website will not be automatically approved after payment. Every booking request goes through manual review and human confirmation by our internal team before the appointment is fully locked in.

The online booking fee only reserves a review slot, and does not guarantee a confirmed visiting time until our team sends official confirmation notice via email.

Standard manual review window: Within 2 working days

Order Review Time Limit

Our team completes full manual checking for all new booking requests within 2 working days after you complete your online booking payment.

During this period, our staff will verify your residential address, available visiting hours and service type to match our engineer’s schedule capacity.

Confirmed appointment valid for 90 days post review approval

Successful Manual Confirmation Process

If your booking information passes our manual check, we will send a formal confirmation email containing your fixed on-site visiting date and time.

  • The confirmed appointment time is reserved exclusively for your property
  • The booking deposit can be deducted from your final offline installation balance
  • You may apply for free reschedule following the rules stated in our Booking & Cancellation Policy
Rejected order full refund processed within 3 working days

Circumstances For Order Rejection

We reserve the right to decline your booking after manual review without extra charges under these scenarios:

  • Your residential address falls outside our covered service zones (Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield and surrounding local areas)
  • The requested visiting time has no available engineer slots for the next 90 days
  • Incomplete or inaccurate property details provided on the booking form
  • The bathroom space size or service type cannot be supported by our current scheduling plan

For all rejected bookings, we will launch a full refund of your online booking fee, following the refund timeline stated in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Customer info reply deadline: Within 1 working day of team message

Information Supplementary Requests

If our manual team needs extra details to complete your booking check, we will send a request email to your registered contact inbox.

You must reply with the required information within 1 working day. If we receive no response after this deadline, your booking application will be marked as expired and processed for full refund automatically.

Policy revisions take immediate effect once published

Additional General Notes

Our manual review team arranges visiting schedules based on engineer availability and service coverage range. We will make reasonable efforts to match your preferred time window during the checking process.

All decisions made through manual order review are final based on our real-time service capacity. This set of manual confirmation terms may receive minor updates, and revised content takes immediate effect after online publication.
