By accessing our website, browsing service information and submitting online service bookings, you fully agree to follow all rules written within these service terms. This set of rules works alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Booking & Cancellation Policy and Manual Confirmation Terms to regulate all interactions between you and MARSON BATHROOMS LTD.

These terms take permanent immediate effect from your first visit to our site.

All online orders placed on our platform cover only on-site measuring, space inspection and bathroom layout design support. The online submission fee acts solely as a scheduling reservation cost and does not cover full installation materials, hardware fittings or labour work.

Full installation quotations and final balance payments are arranged offline after our technician completes the site visit and layout draft delivery.

Our measuring and design service only operates within Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield and immediate surrounding nearby towns. Any booking submitted for addresses outside this coverage zone will be declined during our manual order review process.

Rejected out-of-area bookings qualify for full fund return following the refund timeline stated inside our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

When submitting a booking, you promise to provide complete, accurate and real residential address, contact details and property information. You must not submit fake, misleading or invalid personal data to our system.

• Keep your contact email accessible to receive appointment confirmation and design documents
• Be present at the agreed property address during the confirmed technician visit time
• Notify our team early if you need to adjust or cancel your scheduled slot

You may not use our website or booking system for any of the below activities:

• Submit mass repeated fake booking requests to occupy our scheduling capacity
• Copy, redistribute or resell our bathroom layout design files without written permission
• Use the platform for spam messaging, commercial advertising or unrelated third-party promotion
• Attempt to break, modify or disrupt website page functions and booking forms

We reserve the right to ignore and remove any booking created through prohibited behaviour, with no reservation fee return provided.

All text, page images, layout sketches, measurement drawings and design content published or delivered through our site are owned by MARSON BATHROOMS LTD. Users only receive personal private usage rights for their own bathroom renovation planning.

Mass distribution, commercial resale or modification of our design materials for external business use is forbidden without signed written consent from our team.

Our team carries out all measuring and layout work with reasonable care to match standard local service quality. We do not take responsibility for renovation decisions you make independently after receiving our design drafts.

We may make small revisions to these service terms occasionally. All updated clauses take immediate effect once published on this page, and we do not send separate individual notifications for minor text adjustments.
