Booking Service Overview

All online payments made on our website serve as booking deposit fees, which only cover on-site inspection, space measurement and bathroom layout design services. This online payment does not cover full installation materials, accessories, or construction labour fees.

All final installation costs will be confirmed and settled offline after the on-site survey and design layout is completed. This booking deposit will be deducted from the final project balance if the customer proceeds with the installation service.

Cancellation valid: More than 48 hours before scheduled visit

Eligible Cancellation Conditions

Customers are entitled to cancel their booking for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancel the appointment more than 48 hours before the confirmed on-site visit date
  • No staff dispatch, no on-site measurement, no design draft has been started
  • Customer submits cancellation request via official email or contact method

Cancellations meeting the above rules are fully refundable with no service charges deducted.

Non-refundable condition: Within 48 hours / service started

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Cases

Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request submitted within 48 hours of your scheduled visit time
  • Our technician has already arranged schedule dispatch or completed on-site inspection
  • Measurement data, layout sketches or design files have been generated and delivered
  • Customer misses the appointment without prior notice (no-show)

In these cases, the online booking fee is fully consumed as design & scheduling cost and cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling allowed: Minimum 24 hours in advance

Rescheduling Rules

Customers may reschedule their on-site appointment free of charge, provided the request is sent at least 24 hours before the original visiting time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the visit cannot be accepted due to fixed staff scheduling arrangements. Each booking allows a maximum of 2 free reschedules.

Refund processing & arrival time: Fixed timeline

Refund Timeline

For all fully approved cancellation requests, we process refunds strictly according to the fixed timeline below:

  • Internal refund review: Completed within 3 working days
  • Funds arrival to customer original payment method: 5–10 working days

Bank processing delays are outside our control, but all refunds will be fully initiated on our side within the above time limit.

Booking validity: 90 days from payment date

Booking Expiry Rules

All online booking reservations are valid for 90 days from the date of payment. If the customer does not arrange or reschedule the on-site service within 90 days, the booking will automatically expire.

Expired bookings are non-refundable, as the reserved scheduling quota and design preparation costs have already been occupied.
